After 17+ years of fast-paced city life across London, Riga, and New York — and a burnout that stopped me in my tracks — I traded it all for a jungle eco-community in Costa Rica. 8 years later, I'm still here, surrounded by nature, helping women over 40 come back home to themselves.
Nature has seasons — and so does the human body.
Every decade is a new season, and asks us to adapt.

Each ray leads somewhere. Start anywhere — everything here is designed to give you clarity, direction, or a reset. Pick what calls to you.
I spent every summer as a child at my grandmother's cottage — building forts in the forest, picking mushrooms and berries, falling asleep to the sound of rain on a wooden roof. Nature was my first home.
For over 17 years, I moved through a world that rewarded speed. Masters degree, high-tech companies, immigration, London, New York — always forward, always on. Originally coming from a small town in Latvia, I was craving big city life. The pace felt normal until it didn't. Burnout didn't knock — it arrived all at once.
What followed brought me to a small intentional eco-community in the Costa Rican jungle — a place where people live close to the land, share meals, practice silence, and take healing seriously. No quick fixes. No performance. For years I was hiding and healing in the middle of the jungle. I lived in a magical place with breathwork facilitators, plant medicine practitioners, somatic therapists, and teachers of ancient traditions. It changed everything I thought I knew about health.
Eight years later, I work with women over 40 who feel the same pull I did — a quiet, insistent knowing that the life they've been living isn't working anymore, and that their body has been trying to tell them so for years.
The next chapters of Body Seasons are taking shape. Join the waitlist to hear first — and step into a way of living that doesn't cost you everything.
Your taste buds renew themselves every 10–14 days. This protocol works with that natural cycle to strip away the noise of processed food, excess sugar, and artificial flavour — so real food can finally register again. Fourteen days to taste a strawberry like it's the first time.
No elaborate recipes. No hours in the kitchen. Just beautiful food combinations — chosen for flavour, simplicity, and nourishment — with a guide to preparing them using only three methods: boil, air-fry, blend. A shopping list, a handful of pairings, and the quiet confidence of knowing how to feed yourself well.
A custom-designed immersion — built entirely around you. Seven days in the Costa Rican jungle to break old patterns, build new ones, and feel what it means to live fully. Not a retreat you attend. A life you begin.
A free 30-minute discovery call — no scripts, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what's possible. I hold very few 1:1 spots, so if something here is calling to you, let's talk.
